Dusit International has signed an agreement with Primex Realty Corporation to manage Dusit Greenhills Manila, a new hotel in San Juan City, Metro Manila opening in 2026. The property will be part of Primex Tower, a 50-story, mixed-use development in that is 45 minutes by car from Manila International Airport.

Dusit Greenhills Manila will occupy the top 10 floors of the tower and feature 200 guestrooms. It will include a rooftop swimming pool, a gym and a ballroom with city views. Dining options will include Benjarong, serving Thai cuisine, an all-day dining restaurant and a rooftop bar overlooking the skyline. The hotel’s location provides easy access to Greenhills Mall, a major shopping and dining hub in San Juan City.

Primex Tower will also house office and retail spaces, positioning the development as a destination for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel’s meeting spaces will cater to corporate and social events, with fully equipped rooms designed for various functions.
