Extended Stay America has opened its 50th Premier Suites hotel in Schertz, Texas. The Extended Stay America Premier Suites San Antonio – Schertz was developed by Provident Realty Advisors, which has expanded its portfolio of Extended Stay America hotels with this project.
The new-build three-story hotel has 115 rooms and features free Wi-Fi, breakfast, a fitness center and an onsite guest laundry. Each suite includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils and dishes and a dedicated workspace.

Schertz is located along the I-35 corridor between San Antonio and Austin. It is a growing area with new development projects that generate demand for extended stay accommodations. The hotel is also positioned near Randolph Air Force Base, which serves as a key driver of demand.

Provident Realty Advisors is also developing new Premier Suites hotels in Kyle and Temple, Texas. Its portfolio includes Extended Stay America Suites hotels in Texas and Oklahoma.
Extended Stay America aims to reach 100 Premier Suites hotels within the next three years.
