San Diego, CA – Cloudbeds, the premier hospitality management software platform, has been awarded Elite Connectivity Partner Status by Expedia Group for 2025.

The accolade places Cloudbeds among the top 2% of Expedia’s global connectivity partners and highlights the technical excellence of its industry-leading property management system (PMS).

Adam Harris, CEO and Co-Founder of Cloudbeds, said: “Our Elite Partner Status signals our commitment to our customers, ensuring they thrive in an increasingly dynamic market. This strategic partnership with Expedia Group goes beyond technical excellence; it represents our commitment to continuously elevating our customers’ competitive position. We’re not just connecting hoteliers to Expedia Group—together, we’re engineering growth pathways that are driving measurable results.”

Cloudbeds secured this status by exceeding Expedia Group’s rigorous performance and technical benchmarks. Among other KPIs, the tech provider achieved a 99.7% API integration success rate, a 100% booking success rate, and a 36% year-over-year growth in new properties adopting Expedia through Cloudbeds.

As an Elite Partner, Cloudbeds will collaborate directly with Expedia Group on future product development, helping properties gain exclusive advantages in distribution and guest acquisition.

Each year, Expedia Group recognizes and rewards a select few of its more than 400 eligible connectivity partners. ‘Elite Status’ holders are recognized for their outstanding technical performance, high-quality connections, and their ability to drive growth for lodging businesses.
