Chef Tiffany Derry and partner Tom Foley, under their hospitality group T2D Concepts, will expand their Italian concept, Radici Wood-Fired Grill, to Grand Prairie, Texas, on April 15.
Radici, which translates to “Roots” in Italian, will open its second location at the EpicCentral development, a spokesperson said.
The first Radici opened in Farmers Branch, Texas, last May.
“Italian food has played a big role in both my professional and personal culinary journey, and it has been so exciting to bring this concept to life over the last year, and now bring it to even more people,” Derry said in a statement. “I can’t wait to become part of the Grand Prairie community and serve up my style of Italian cooking while creating some fun, memorable experience around the table.”
Foley, who oversees the guest experience and design, has highlighted his own artwork, inspired by his mother’s roots in Balvano, Italy.
“Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences, where every detail — from the dishes to the design — tells a story,” Foley said. “We’ve crafted a space that feels inviting, where guests can gather, celebrate, and create new traditions around our table.
T2D Concepts is the hospitality group behind the fast-casual Roots Chicken Shak, fine-dining Roots Southern Table, Radici and the ‘Shef Tiffany spice and apparel line.
