Accor has confirmed the upcoming appointment of Coline Pont as its new Director of Sustainable Development, effective July 1, 2025. This transition follows the departure of Brune Poirson, who held the role for the past four years and played a key role in shaping the group’s sustainability roadmap.
With a solid background in responsible procurement and ESG strategy, Coline Pont brings over 15 years of experience in business transformation and sustainable operations. She previously held leadership roles at Accor and most recently served as Purchasing Director at AXA, where she integrated environmental and social considerations into procurement practices.
Brune Poirson, is leaving the group to pursue new opportunities in sustainable development and innovation. Based in New York, she is expected to focus on advancing new technologies and work models that contribute to the environmental transition. In 2022 we had also the opportunity to have an interview with Brune Poirson about the partnership of Accor and Fondation des Femmes.
This leadership change signals Accor’s continued commitment to strengthening its sustainability strategy, guided by experienced professionals with a strong understanding of the group’s operations and global ambitions.
