This April, COYA, the luxury lifestyle group, are delighted to unveil their latest inaugural global party; Mama Quilla, a celebration with purpose.
Dedicated to women, community and positive change, COYA have partnered with Rights of Women, a leading charity advocating for Women’s rights and access to justice. The celebration will serve to reinforce COYA’s philanthropic efforts and craft a moment of positive change, reiterating their commitment to celebrate all women. As part of the celebration, COYA presents a captivating female led experience that extends dining, blending music, performance, and art.
Kate Mayer’s moon-inspired exhibition, adorning the walls of the Members’ Club and main dining rooms, creating an ethereal atmosphere in harmony with a lineup of female DJs, musicians, and performers. The synergy of art and entertainment sets the tone for a celebration deeply rooted in the essence of Mama Quilla, the Andean moon goddess and protector of women.
On Saturday 26 April, celebrations will commence with COYA’s free-flowing Mama Quilla brunch, where guests can indulge in signature dishes elevated by bottomless cocktails and Champagne. Surrounded by all-female entertainment including a live band, saxophonist and DJ, this is the perfect setting to start the Mama Quilla celebration before the evening celebration begins.
From 5.30pm, COYA will be presenting an evening of immersive entertainment where guests can indulge in curated Peruvian specials with COYA’s signature Latin American flair throughout the evening and sip on expertly crafted cocktails. Female-led entertainment including dancers, a saxophonist and COYA MUSIC DJs set the tone for the evening, creating the perfect soundtrack for a night of connection and celebration.
Alongside this, COYA’s commitment to meaningful change extends throughout April, with £1 from each exclusive Mama Quilla cocktail donated to Rights of Women. Crafted with Rivington Dry Gin, butterfly pea flower tea, maraschino, violette, and a touch of star dust, this celestial cocktail is the perfect way to toast to empowerment while supporting a vital cause. Additionally, a percentage of revenue from Kate Mayer’s artwork sales will also be donated to Rights of Women, further reinforcing COYA’s dedication to advocating for equality.
