Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Adam Hayashi as its new Chief Revenue Officer, tasked with leading the company’s efforts to optimize topline revenue and strengthen market positioning. Reporting directly to Chief Commercial Officer Jeff Doane, Hayashi will oversee strategies aimed at driving revenue growth across all segments of the business.

Bringing over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Hayashi most recently held the role of Global Vice President of Revenue Management, Distribution & Business Intelligence at Accor. In that role, he supported over 120 properties under the Fairmont and Raffles brands, leading major initiatives in data-driven revenue strategies and operational support.

Throughout his career at Accor, Hayashi played a key role in developing business intelligence tools and enhancing distribution systems. His scope of expertise extends across multiple revenue channels, including Food & Beverage, Spa, and Event Spaces, reflecting a holistic approach to commercial performance.

“I’m excited to welcome Adam to the Omni family and look forward to the innovation that he will bring to the team,” “I have had the opportunity to work with Adam in the past and know his breadth of experience will contribute to Omni’s success as we continue to expand our revenue goals and footprint throughout the industry.” – Jeff Doane, Chief Commercial Officer at Omni Hotels & Resorts
