Hilton has signed a brand and management agreement for Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay, set to open in 2028. The property will mark the brand’s debut in the Turks and Caicos Islands and is planned as both a resort and residential development on Dellis Cay.

The island is located near Providenciales and will be accessed via a 25-minute boat transfer. The site includes more than three miles of beachfront along the Atlantic Ocean. The resort is expected to include 175 total units, composed of 62 hotel guest rooms and suites and 113 branded residences.

“We are delighted to introduce Turks and Caicos to our growing footprint of global destinations that will be home to the incomparable allure of the Waldorf Astoria brand,” said Dino Michael, senior vice president and global head Hilton Luxury Brands. “With a legacy of timeless elegance and impeccable service Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay will offer discerning travelers and residents a truly bespoke experience expertly blending bold design and unforgettable moments of discovery in a pristine oceanfront locale.”

The residential portion will include 65 units. Plans call for nine six-bedroom ocean villas and eight five-bedroom beachfront villas. The design also includes 48 condominium keys that can be configured as one-bedroom suites or separate guest rooms.
