Four Seasons will open a rebranded beachfront property in Al Zorah, Ajman, in 2026. The announcement follows an agreement with Al Zorah Development Company, a joint venture between the government of Ajman and Solidere International.
The project involves the rebranding and upgrade of an existing resort. Once complete, it will reopen as Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah. The resort will feature 74 rooms and suites and 23 villas, each with private terraces and views of the Arabian Gulf. The location is a 35-minute drive from Dubai International Airport.
Bart Carnahan, president of global business development, portfolio management, and residential at Four Seasons, said: “We are thrilled to continue diversifying our offerings in the UAE, creating new opportunities to stay with Four Seasons in this thriving destination.” He added: “In partnership with Al Zorah Development Company, we are proud to bring a world-class Four Seasons experience to life, showcasing our unparalleled luxury hospitality and service excellence to this exceptional market.” Carnahan made the comments as part of the formal announcement.
George Saad, CEO of Al Zorah Development Company, said: “It is an incredible opportunity to take the pristine, pre-established foundation of this property in Al Zorah and transform it into a one-of-a-kind luxury destination that elevates its allure and appeal.” He continued: “As international interest in the region grows, we are thrilled to blend the area’s character with Four Seasons standards of excellence and luxury, creating an outstanding beachfront resort experience.”
Four Seasons said the resort will include a spa, fitness center, and multiple pools, including a 280-foot infinity pool, an adults-only pool facing the sea, and a separate pool for children. There will be private beach access and cabanas, as well as family and nature-focused activities, such as diving excursions and tours of the mangroves and lagoons in the surrounding area.
Dining options will include an all-day restaurant with views of the Arabian Gulf, a beachfront grill and bar, and an Italian restaurant. Event spaces will include a ballroom, three meeting rooms, and a courtyard for private gatherings.
The property is near the Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club, which features an 18-hole, par-72 golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and a modern clubhouse. The company said the resort is intended to function as a destination for business events, leisure travel, and family stays.
Four Seasons currently operates several properties in the United Arab Emirates, including hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Ajman project marks the brand’s continued expansion in the country and is its first in the emirate.
