Persepolis Investments has launched Banyan Tree Padilla Madrid Residences. The property includes 24 units located in Madrid’s Salamanca District.

Residences range between 308 and 655 square meters. The project is being marketed by Colliers and Knight Frank.

The building was originally designed by Gutiérrez Soto in 1948 and restored by Julio Touza Sacristán. The design retains the original symmetrical facade and open sides. Interiors were designed by Caramba Estudio.

Units include one to four bedrooms and outdoor terraces up to 113 square meters. Features include oak wood flooring, underfloor heating, classic Madrid-style shutters, and ceilings with traditional moldings. Kitchens are finished with natural stone, satin metals, and oak cabinetry. Bathrooms include Portoro marble vanities and brushed brass fixtures.

“Residents at the Banyan Tree Padilla Residences will experience a truly exceptional, wellness-forward lifestyle with the best of amenities in one of the world’s leading hotel brands in a historic architectural masterpiece set against the backdrop of the lively Salamanca District,” said Shiraz Haghdoust, Persepolis Investments.

Bedrooms include upholstered wall panels, smoked glass elements, and wardrobes with brass detailing. Units are equipped with indirect lighting and high ceilings.

Amenities include a spa with Turkish bath, sauna, massage rooms, and lockers. The property also has an indoor pool, gym, meeting rooms, private dining spaces, interior courtyards, and landscaped gardens. Services include 24-hour security, concierge, storage rooms, elevators, and resident parking.

“Banyan Tree Padilla Madrid Residences marks an exciting milestone as our first branded residence in Europe, expanding our legacy beyond Asia and bringing our signature hospitality and wellness lifestyle to a new audience. This project is a testament to our commitment to creating exceptional living experiences that honor both cultural heritage and contemporary elegance. We see this as a catalyst for further expansion in Europe, setting the stage for more Banyan Tree-branded residences in the region,” commented Stuart Reading, Managing Director at Banyan Group Residences.

The building is located near retail, parks, and cultural landmarks. Salamanca is home to international brands such as Hermès, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton, as well as art galleries and restaurants.
