Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort, has announced the appointment of Sebastien Dental as managing director. Dental, who joined the resort in 2020, brings more than 15 years of international hospitality experience across renowned luxury brands.
As managing director, Dental will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of Las Ventanas al Paraíso. He arrived at the resort as the director of food & beverage and was promoted to resort manager in 2022. “I am honored to step into this new role at Las Ventanas al Paraíso and to continue contributing to a property that defines excellence in the industry,” he said. “This resort holds a special place in my heart, and I look forward to building on its legacy and inspiring unforgettable moments for our guests and team.”
Throughout his career, Dental has held senior leadership roles with One&Only, Four Seasons and Fairmont, among other luxury brands.
Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, offers 84 accommodations, including 66 rooms and suites, five villas, 12 Signature Beach Villas and the 28,000-square-foot Ty Warner Mansion.
