Alltours expands hotel portfolio in Greece

Alltours, continues to strengthen its presence in Greece, one of its highest-volume summer destinations. The company is expanding its portfolio with new hotel openings and the growth of its club brand, Alltoura, as part of a broader strategy to cater to increasing demand for both well-known and lesser-explored regions of Greece.

For the 2025 summer season, Allsun Hotels, part of Alltours, will open the Carolina Sun Beach on Crete, marking the brand’s first 5-star hotel. In addition, the Allsun Malia Beach resort, which has undergone extensive modernization, will reopen as a 4.5-star resort. Concerning the amenities, this  resort is  located in a garden area close to the beach in Malia and offers 278 rooms, two pools, a fitness and spa area, and a kids’ club. 

This brings the total number of Allsun properties in Greece to six, with further openings expected in 2026. Greece.  Greece has increasingly become a popular destination for hotel investment in recent years, particularly in locations like Athens and Crete  where both the tourism and real estate sectors are experiencing significant growth.

Alongside these hotel openings, Alltours is also expanding its Alltoura club segment in Greece, with new resorts such as the Alltoura Club Hotel Mare Blue & Village in Crete and the Alltoura Club Hotel Kiotari Miraluna Resort in Rhodes.

The company is also focusing on Greece’s lesser-known regions, as for the 2025 summer season, Alltours has expanded its portfolio to include islands such as Zakynthos, Kefalonia, and Lefkada, as well as key mainland destinations like Porto Heli, Nafplio, and Thessaloniki. 

As the company continues to grow in Greece, it demonstrates its commitment to adapting to traveler preferences, providing a mix of luxury resorts, club offerings, and options in lesser-explored regions of the country.
