Hôtel Belles Rives to provide concierge services to Le Provençal

France: Property developer Caudwell has partnered with Hôtel Belles Rives to provide concierge and lifestyle services at Le Provençal, a residential redevelopment in Juan-les-Pins, Cap d’Antibes.

Le Provençal occupies the former Hôtel Provençal, originally built in the 1920s and which closed in 1977 for refurbishment. Located on the French Riviera, the property never reopened.

Caudwell acquired the site in 2014 has worked alongside Parisian architecture and interior design house Affine Design to convert it into 41 private residences. Three penthouses, each with six bedrooms and private pools, occupy the upper floors of the building.

Under the agreement, Hôtel Belles Rives will manage a concierge team based on-site, providing services including valet parking, post and delivery management, spa bookings and guest reception to guests of Le Provençal. Residents will also have access to priority reservations at the restaurants and private beach facilities of Hôtel Belles Rives, located next door.

Additional services available on request include housekeeping, linen changes, airport transfers, car hire, yacht charters, cultural excursions, and private fitness or wellness sessions.

As part of the restoration of Le Provençal, facilities also include six acres of landscaped grounds, a swimming pool, health spa, cinema, gym, retail units, and underground parking.

It is scheduled for completion in summer 2025. Apartments are priced between €4.5 million and €8 million (£3.85 million to £6.85 million), with larger residences starting from €15 million (£12.85 million).

“Residents of Le Provençal will have access to this unparalleled level of service, along with world-class wellness, leisure, and cultural offerings—including our renowned private beach, a cherished retreat on Cap d’Antibes that has welcomed discerning travellers for generations,” he added.
