Vision Hospitality Group has broken ground on a dual-branded Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton in Lookout Valley, Tenn. The Chattanooga-based company expects the new hotel to open in fall 2026.

Located on a 10-acre master development also led by Vision, the site will include restaurants and retail concepts alongside the hotel. The project is positioned near Interstate 24, minutes from downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain.

“This dual-branded property represents our continued commitment to thoughtful development in markets we know,” said Mitch Patel, founder and CEO of Vision Hospitality Group. “We’re proud to contribute to the ongoing growth of the Lookout Valley community.”

The five-story hotel will include 150 rooms, with 82 designated as Home2 Suites and 68 under the Tru by Hilton brand. Vision said the combination of extended-stay and select-service concepts is intended to meet the needs of today’s varied travelers.

Planned amenities include a resort-style outdoor area featuring a freeform pool, in-water sun shelf, slide and water features. A poolside bar with lounge seating, grilling stations and fire pits will also be part of the layout. Indoors, the property will offer a lobby bar with a gaming area, a modern fitness center, on-site laundry facilities and upgraded breakfast offerings.
