Airline technology company, Accelya, has rolled out a new AI layer embedded across the FLX Platform.

FLX AIViator transforms airline data into real-time, revenue-generating decisions.

Integrated into multiple Accelya solutions, it enables smarter decisions, faster setup and support, automated pricing, improved data visibility and more accurate forecasting.

Built for tangible return on investment (ROI) from day one, FLX AIViator powers use cases across forecasting, dynamic pricing, merchandising, customer service, operational insights and financial settlement.

The company says these capabilities bring AI and machine learning (ML) with business impact to the heart of passenger and cargo operations.

“With FLX AIViator, we’re putting the ROI into AI,” said Sam Gilliland, CEO of Accelya.

“Our approach is powerful and practical, focused on helping airlines move faster, engage customers more intelligently, and retail better to boost profits.

“What sets FLX AIViator apart is both advanced technologies, leveraging the best of our own and AWS capabilities, and its openness: airlines can plug in their own models, integrate seamlessly, and stay in full control of their strategy. This is AI, with ROI, on their terms.”

FLX AIViator is built for flexibility, enabling airlines to plug in their own AI models, work with their preferred vendor ecosystem, and retain full control over their strategy and technology roadmap.
