PM Hotel Group will manage the upcoming Hotel Burg, a new 39-room luxury boutique hotel opening in August 2025 in downtown Leesburg, Va. The hotel will be the latest addition to the company’s expanding Mid-Atlantic portfolio and is positioned to offer a high-end experience tied closely to local heritage.

“Hotel Burg exemplifies the type of lifestyle-driven, experiential property that aligns with our vision for strategic growth,” said Paul Sacco, CDO at PM Hotel Group. “With its refined design, strong sense of place, and exceptional culinary program, this hotel is an exciting addition to our expanding portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region.”

Set across three separate buildings, Hotel Burg draws from Loudoun County’s vinicultural and equestrian traditions. Interiors reference Ralph Lauren’s classic design style and include antique pieces, textured materials and original artwork by regional artists. Each of the eight suites is named after a native tree species.

The Huntōn, the hotel’s signature restaurant, will be led by Michelin-starred chef Vincent Badiee and focus on open-fire cooking and seasonal Virginia ingredients, including game meats, foraged herbs and local produce. The Diana Lounge will serve cocktails and small plates in a social setting. A rooftop bar will be available only to guests.

Hotel Burg will also include The Chase, a private members’ club with a speakeasy, wellness offerings such as an infrared sauna, curated events and workspaces. A few miles outside the town center, the hotel offers access to The Manor 1858, a 22-acre venue featuring a restored 19th-century stone barn for events and private gatherings.

PM Hotel Group described the project as a strategic addition to its growing presence in Virginia, where the company continues to develop a diverse portfolio of distinctive properties.
