Europe, Africa, and the Middle East
In Europe, Accor announces several new openings. The Fairmont Golden Prague will be the first Fairmont address in the Czech Republic, offering 320 rooms. The Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol, located in the south of Spain, will feature 311 rooms with views of the Mediterranean. In Florence, The Hoxton Florence will open in a 16th-century palazzo with 161 rooms. An MGallery will also open in Biarritz, with 150 rooms and ocean views.
In the Middle East, Raffles Jeddah in Saudi Arabia will offer 142 rooms and 40 suites, with views of the Red Sea. In Singapore, Raffles Sentosa will feature 62 villas with direct access to Tanjong Beach. Swissôtel Doha Corniche Park Towers in Qatar will have 200 rooms and 142 apartments, including a spa, a pool, and views of the Persian Gulf.
In Africa, Banyan Tree Escape in Tanzania will offer villas in the Ruaha National Park. Banyan Tree’s Mandai Rainforest Resort in Singapore will provide 338 rooms and treehouses. The Green Coast Hotel in Albania will have 112 rooms overlooking a preserved coastline.
Southern Europe and Asia
In Greece, Mövenpick Resort Agios Nikolaos Sivota will open with 67 rooms. In Phuket, the Hotel MontAzure Lakeside Phuket with 150 rooms and Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon in Indonesia with 413 rooms will enhance the offering in idyllic settings. Novotel Jakarta Pulo Mas in Indonesia and Novotel Sydney Cabramatta in Australia will provide hotels suitable for both business and leisure travelers.
Asia-Pacific
In Asia, Fairmont Udaipur (India) will have 340 rooms and span 16 hectares. Fairmont Tokyo, with 217 rooms, will be located in Tokyo Bay, while Fairmont Hanoi will offer 241 rooms with a wellness center. In China, Sofitel Guiyang Liebian will feature 240 rooms, a spa, and meeting rooms.
Pullman OKOL Golf Resort & Spa in Bulgaria will have 149 rooms and 40 villas, as well as a 4,900 m² spa. Pullman Chennai Anna Salai in India will feature 233 rooms and functional spaces. In Bucharest, Swissôtel Bucharest will be the tallest hotel in the city, with 224 rooms spread over 27 floors.
Americas
In South America, TRIBE Belo Horizonte in Brazil will have 79 rooms, marking the brand’s entry into the region. TRIBE Kraków Old Town in Poland will open with 168 rooms. In Auckland, TRIBE Auckland Fort Street will offer 60 rooms with contemporary design. SLS Barcelona in Spain will be the brand’s first European establishment, with 471 rooms.
In Mexico, SLS Playa Mujeres will offer 498 rooms with ocean views, while SLS Red Sea in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project will feature 150 rooms and private villas.
The 25hours Hotel The Olympia in Sydney will have 109 rooms, and Mondrian Gold Coast will offer 208 rooms with views of the Pacific Ocean. In New York, Faena New York will provide 120 rooms and suites.
Innovation and Modernity
Novotel Valencia Lavant (370 rooms) in Spain and Hotel Giacomo Morra Alba in Italy (75 rooms) will combine modern services and cultural discoveries and greet Tbilisi Center in Georgia will offer 114 rooms.
Adagio Original London City East has launched its fourth property in London and ninth in the UK with the opening of the Adagio Original London City East.
Situated close to Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations, the aparthotel offers 132 studios and apartments, accommodating from one to eight guests. The location provides easy access to key landmarks such as the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Brick Lane, and Old Spitalfields Market, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers.
Adagio introduced its new apartment concept, the “Smart House,” featuring open-plan layouts, multifunctional furniture, and warm color palettes to enhance comfort and create a home-like environment.
