Ennismore has signed four new hotels in Mexico and has added Balfour Miami Beach to the Morgans Originals collection, continuing its expansion in the Americas.
The new properties include the first Mexican locations for Delano, Hyde, The Hoxton and Mama Shelter, bringing Ennismore’s regional pipeline and operational network to more than 70 properties.
Delano East Cape will open in 2029 in Los Cabos with 117 rooms and 60 branded residences. The beachfront site will feature five restaurants and bars, event spaces and a wellness center. Hyde Mexico City is expected to open later this year with 215 rooms, two restaurants and bars, a wellness area and event space along Paseo de la Reforma.
The Hoxton Mexico City is scheduled to open in 2028 with 80 rooms, and Mama Shelter Mexico City is set to open in late 2025 with 100 rooms. Both properties will be located in central neighborhoods and offer locally inspired programming and dining.
Other recent signings in the region include Hyde Mazatlan and The Hoxton Nashville, both expected to open in 2027. Hyde Mazatlan will include 150 rooms and 22 suites, while The Hoxton Nashville will offer over 200 rooms and four food and beverage outlets.
Balfour Miami Beach, a restored Art Deco hotel in South of Fifth, has joined the Morgans Originals collection. The property includes 82 rooms, a rooftop pool deck, Cleo restaurant and SoFi Coffee. According to Ennismore, Morgans Originals is “a collection of one-of-a-kind, independent hotels with an iconic cultural story.”
Ennismore also added the Mondrian Residences Hallandale Beach in Florida to its growing branded residential portfolio. The 26-story development will offer 250 condominiums with a tennis court, swimming pool and fitness center.

In the all-inclusive segment, the company entered exclusive negotiations with Royal Holiday Group for six resorts in Puerto Vallarta, Cozumel, Cancun, Acapulco and Ixtapa. Three properties will be rebranded under the Rixos name, which the company described as “the world leader in luxury all-inclusive.” Ennismore’s first all-inclusive in the Americas, SLS Playa Mujeres, opened in 2024 with 498 rooms and suites and 18 restaurants and bars.
In Jamaica, Ennismore partnered with LCH Development Limited to introduce two brands across three buildings. Two will feature luxury residences and villas, and one will be a 240-key hotel.
