Hong Kong: Luxury hotel group Rosewood has appointed two senior team members, including a chief operating officer (COO) and VP operations EMEAC.

The group has named Anthony Ingham as chief operating officer, effective 1 September 2025, and Luca Finardi as vice president, operations for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Caribbean Atlantic (EMEAC), joining from 1 June 2025.

Ingham will report directly to CEO Sonia Cheng and lead global operations across all Rosewood brands, covering commercial, digital, wellness, CRM, retail, and guest experience.

Having most recently led hospitality and membership operations at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Ingham has also worked for InterContinental, Starwood and Marriott International.

His previous accomplishments include overseeing the global repositioning of W Hotels and the brand strategy for over 120 Luxury Collection properties.

Ingham said: “I’m thrilled to join Rosewood at such a dynamic time in its evolution. It’s an exciting opportunity to help shape one of the world’s most innovative hospitality brands.”

Finardi, who previously held senior leadership roles at Mandarin Oriental, including general manager of the Paris flagship and area VP for France, Italy and the Czech Republic, will oversee Rosewood’s operations across the EMEAC region.
