Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village has announced the appointment of David Wilkie as its new general manager.

Bringing more than two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Wilkie’s journey with Four Seasons began in 2014, with his first assignment at Four Seasons Hotel Baku, followed by several roles at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, and Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. Most recently, Wilkie served as the general manager at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

“Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, always synonymous with unsurpassed hospitality, has spent the last half of a decade transforming its offerings and amenities to create a one-of-a-kind experience for visitors to the Southern California market. The Hotel’s new product, coupled with highly personalized genuine service, makes this property a special place and I look forward to building upon the successes of this remarkable gem,” he said.

After graduating from the Scottish Hotel School Trust House, in Forte, London, his early career saw him working in Michelin-starred restaurants with renowned chefs. He later transitioned into hotel management with roles at both Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental.
