France: Le Beauvallon, the historic hotel overlooking the Bay of Saint-Tropez, will reopen its doors to individual guests for the first time in nearly a decade, ahead of a COMO rebranding scheduled for 2026.

Originally opened in 1914, the Belle Époque palace has been used exclusively for private events in recent years.

This summer, it will begin welcoming guests once again with 25 sea-facing suites available for stays between July 1 and October 31, 2025.

It marks the beginning of a wider two-part redevelopment led by Singapore-headquartered hospitality brand COMO Hotels and Resorts.

A full rebranding of the Le Beauvallon under COMO is scheduled for 2026.

Olivier Jolivet, CEO of COMO Hotels, said: “When we open COMO Le Beauvallon in 2026, it will be a key milestone for the brand to operate in one of the most exclusive destinations in the world. Each of our hotels is defined by its prime location, and Le Beauvallon is no exception.”

The hotel offers a four-hectare garden and a beach club as well as a new culinary concept combining Asian and Mediterranean influences. Menus will be curated by chef Yannick Alléno, holder of 17 Michelin stars, who will lead the hotel’s culinary direction from 2026.
