Four Seasons has opened reservations for Naples Beach Club, a new resort set to debut in October 2025. Located on 1,000 feet of white sand beach in Old Naples, the property will be the brand’s first on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The resort is part of a 125-acre development on the site of the former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club.

The project is a partnership between BDT & MSD Partners, The Athens Group and Four Seasons. It includes 58 luxury condominiums in three beachfront buildings and 95 golfside residences overlooking an 18-hole course designed by Tom Fazio, opening in 2026.

“We are thrilled to unveil a brand-new resort that reinterprets the beloved destination of Naples for the next generation of guests, residents and the local community when we open later this year,” said Antoine Chahwan, Four Seasons president, hotel operations – Americas. “As this highly anticipated opening comes to life, the Four Seasons culture of service and excellence will ensure an exceptional experience, further inspired by the spirit of this treasured location.”

The resort features 220 rooms, including 57 suites, and 153 residences. Amenities include five dining venues, a full-service spa, racquet sports facilities, event space and Market Square, a central hub offering retail, a cinema, bowling alley, and dining.

“Naples Beach Club is our modern expression of the cherished traditions and style of Naples,” said general manager Diego Angarita. “Our team cannot wait to open the doors, welcome guests and connect with the community, establishing the property as a social hub and gathering place for locals and visitors alike.”

Guest rooms include teak consoles, banquette nooks, custom closets and ocean-facing terraces. Minibars are housed in bespoke cabinetry finished in pink or blue lacquer.

Dining venues include The Merchant Room, led by chef Gavin Kaysen. It will serve New American menus with French technique and Gulf Coast ingredients. HB’s, named after Naples Beach Hotel founder Henry B. Watkins, will return with oceanfront seating and seafood-focused cuisine. Sunset Bar will also reopen, offering tropical cocktails and a Latin-influenced menu.

Market Square will house the Naples Trading Company, a screening room, game room, bowling alley, putting green and 30,000-square-foot spa. The spa includes a thermal circuit and rooftop pool. A fitness center designed by Harley Pasternak and a supervised kids’ club are also included. A sports pub, The Wager, will open in 2026.

The resort will feature two pools, private cabanas and beachside service. Guests can also book excursions on a 34-foot Hinckley Picnic Boat.

Nearby attractions include Everglades National Park, Corkscrew Sanctuary, the Naples Zoo, Naples Botanical Gardens and the Golisano Children’s Museum. The area also offers shopping, fishing and cultural venues such as the Naples Philharmonic and Opera Naples.
