Grace Hotel, Auberge Resorts Collection, a picturesque sanctuary nestled above the Aegean Sea, is proud to announce the appointment of Jerry Diamantatos as General Manager. With an extensive background in international hospitality and a passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences, Jerry brings both global perspective and deep-rooted knowledge of Greek hospitality to his new role.

Jerry’s career has spanned some of the world’s most iconic hospitality destinations, with leadership roles in Greece, Portugal, Spain, Italy, the UAE, and Qatar. He has served as Area Manager for Portugal & Spain at Domes Resorts, in addition to other roles such as group operations for Domes in Greece and key leadership positions at Domes Noruz Chania in Crete and Costa Navarino in Messenia. His passion for gastronomy is equally notable as he was part of the opening team for the Michelin-starred Makris restaurant in Athens, bringing an artful approach to food and beverage.

“My career has always been fueled by a deep respect for culture, cuisine and the details that make each destination unforgettable,” said Jerry Diamantatos, General Manager, Grace Hotel, Auberge Resorts Collection. “I’m thrilled to return to Greece and lead the team at Grace Hotel in crafting experiences that reflect the soul of Santorini and the exceptional service synonymous with Auberge Resorts Collection.”

Beyond the hotel world, Jerry is a self-taught pianist and composer, a cinematography enthusiast, and finds inspiration in seaside walks and cooking. His love for food, culture, and the arts drives his commitment to creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

As General Manager, Jerry will lead operations at the award-winning Grace Hotel, overseeing day-to-day management, guest experience strategy, team leadership, and the continued elevation of culinary and service standards. His appointment comes at an exciting time as the property continues to refine its identity as one of the most sought-after destinations in the Cyclades.
