The new location will feature 18 one- and two-bedroom apartments near Termini train station, with construction set to be completed by the end of September 2025. The property will be operated under the Líbere brand and will respect the original façade of the building, which was damaged during World War II, in compliance with the city’s urban planning and heritage regulations.

This marks Líbere’s third project in Italy, following recent expansions in Milan. The company has expressed confidence in the potential of the Italian market, especially Rome, which attracts millions of tourists annually and boasts a rich cultural and gastronomic heritage.
“This context guarantees sustained demand for flexible, quality accommodation in a market that already contributes 10.8% to Italy’s GDP and will continue to grow in the coming years,” – Niccolò Pravettoni, Head of Business Development at LHG Italy
The project reflects the company’s strategy to cater to the increasing demand for short- and medium-term rentals in key European cities.
