The Westin São Paulo has opened in partnership with Rede Deville. The new property marks the brand’s entry into Brazil’s capital and is located in the Itaim Bibi neighborhood. The hotel is part of the JK Square complex, which includes a corporate tower, residential units, parking and retail space.
“The Westin São Paulo captures the vibrant spirit of this dynamic city while delivering the signature wellness-focused hospitality that defines Westin Hotels & Resorts,” said Brian King, president, Marriott International, Caribbean & Latin America. “As the brand’s debut in São Paulo, this opening marks an exciting milestone in our growth across Latin America — offering mindful travelers a refreshing new way to experience the city through the lens of well-being, balance, and renewal.”
The hotel has 187 guest rooms, including premium rooms, deluxe rooms and suites with balconies. All rooms include the brand’s Heavenly Bed and spa-style bathrooms. The design was led by architect Jayme Bernardo and includes organic shapes and natural materials.
Guest programming follows six brand pillars: Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well and Play Well. Fitness amenities include the WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio, an outdoor pool and cardio and strength equipment.
The property includes two bars and a restaurant, Quint.e, led by chef Bel Coelho. According to the release, the restaurant serves Brazilian cuisine with local ingredients.
The hotel’s event facilities include eight meeting rooms named after native trees. The largest is a 224-square-meter ballroom that can be divided into three sections. Additional spaces include rooms ranging from 10 to 45 square meters, as well as a 223-square-meter outdoor deck and a 146-square-meter foyer.
The hotel is pet-friendly and accommodates families with children. Up to two children aged 10 or under may stay free when sharing a room with parents or guardians.
“The inauguration of The Westin São Paulo marks not only the arrival of Rede Deville in one of the most strategic markets in the country but also the strengthening of our partnership with Marriott International. We are the owners and operators of Marriott São Paulo Airport, Marriott’s first franchise in South America, and now we expand this successful collaboration with the arrival of The Westin brand in the São Paulo capital. This launch represents Rede Deville’s debut in the city of São Paulo, an important milestone in our expansion journey. With an investment of over R$ 240 million, we bring to the Itaim region a new concept of hospitality, aligned with the demands of corporate and leisure tourism in one of the largest economic and cultural centers in Latin America. The purpose is clear: to offer a unique concept in a vibrant location that combines sophistication and well-being. Our team is prepared to provide the best experience at The Westin São Paulo,” said Jayme Canet Neto, president of Rede Deville.
The property is owned and managed by Rede Deville, which also operates Marriott São Paulo Airport. The hotel participates in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. Members earn points on stays and can redeem them through various Marriott Bonvoy channels.
