Valor Hospitality Partners has entered the Caribbean market through a partnership with Cove Bay Developments. The agreement marks the company’s first regional venture and includes the future management of Plymouth Peninsula Tobago, a new luxury development planned for the island’s northern coast. The project is expected to open in 2027.

The development is being led by Cove Bay Developments and designed by architect Herman Morgan. According to the company, the project will blend modern Caribbean architecture with sustainable design elements.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Valor Hospitality as our operational partner for the Plymouth Peninsula Development,” said Herman Morgan, founder of Cove Bay Developments. “Their global track record and commitment to excellence make them the ideal steward for this one-of-a-kind property. Together, we aim to set a new benchmark for luxury, culture, and sustainability in Tobago.”

The project will include a collection of apartments for purchase with managed rental options for owners. It will also feature food and beverage concepts curated by Valor’s culinary division, SAVOR, as well as a beach club, wellness amenities and guest services programs “rooted in Tobago’s cultural identity.”
