A strategic location in the heart of Stuttgart

The Adagio Original Stuttgart NeckarPark enjoys an ideal location in the city’s largest event center, close to iconic venues such as the Mercedes-Benz Arena, the Porsche Arena, and several museums.

The vibrant district is well served by public transport, with two subway lines, making it a convenient destination for business and leisure travellers alike.

The property is distinguished by its integration into the local fabric, meeting the needs of visitors looking for a convenient, well-located place to stay.

An innovative concept for new urban lifestyles

With its 121 apartments, the Adagio Original Stuttgart NeckarPark adopts the “Smart House” concept. This combines freedom of layout, functionality and modern design, with open spaces and multifunctional furnishings. The aim is to meet the expectations of new urban lifestyles, offering residents a fluid, personalized experience.

Services include free unlimited Wi-Fi, buffet breakfast, a modern fitness room, self-service laundry facilities and secure underground parking. In addition, “The Circle” concept provides a library of borrowable items, enabling guests to personalize their stay with accessories, games, kitchen equipment and leisure gear.

The property’s design reflects the region’s winegrowing roots, with decorative elements reminiscent of vines and nourishing soil. Touches of green and pink, cork accents and a wooden terrace reinforce this theme. Outside, a monumental fresco by local artist Marc David Spengler, adorned with bunches of grapes and festive symbols, celebrates Stuttgart’s cultural identity.

Continued expansion and growth strategy in the European market

This opening in Stuttgart marks Adagio’s 12th location in Germany, and confirms the group’s ambition to continue its European expansion.

“The opening of the Adagio Original Stuttgart NeckarPark is a concrete example of our expansion plans, aimed at introducing aparthotels in the heart of cities with innovative design and rooted in local culture.” – Arthur Jaeger, Chief Development & Real Estate Officer, Adagio

With this new project, Adagio is pursuing its growth objectives in Europe, consolidating its leading position in the European aparthotel market. It’s a position the company intends to maintain in the years to come, thanks in particular to its ambitious FIRST 2030 strategic plan, the ins and outs of which Xavier Desaulles revealed to us in an exclusive interview.
