Stonebridge has added the 244-room Marriott Saddle Brook in New Jersey to its management portfolio, aiming to support its strategy to grow in key gateway and suburban markets.

Located at the intersection of I-80 and the Garden State Parkway, the hotel is 20 miles from New York City. Nearby destinations include the Meadowlands Sports Complex, MetLife Stadium, American Dream Mall, Garden State Plaza Mall in Paramus, Hackensack University Medical Center, Fairleigh Dickinson University and Great Falls Park. It is also 25 minutes from Newark Liberty International Airport and 20 minutes from Secaucus Junction Rail Station.

“We are excited to welcome the Marriott Saddle Brook to the Stonebridge family,” said Rob Smith, president and CEO, Stonebridge. “This property holds a unique place in Marriott’s history, and with its thoughtful renovation and strategic location near New York City, we see great potential to deliver strong performance and exceptional guest service.”

Owned by Victory Worldwide LLC, the property recently completed a comprehensive renovation. The upgrades include refreshed guest rooms, a reimagined restaurant and bar, a new Grab & Go amenity, upgraded M Club lounge, new conference rooms, an enhanced fitness center and over 4,000 square feet of event space across the Atrium and banquet halls. The hotel is now fully ADA compliant and can accommodate over 450 people for events.

Monga, CEO, Victory Worldwide LLC. “Partnering with Stonebridge ensures that the property is positioned to thrive in today’s competitive hospitality landscape while honoring its legacy.”
