Ben Trodd’s career spans multiple senior leadership roles within Four Seasons, including General Manager, Regional Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. His vast experience in the luxury hospitality industry, particularly in sales and operations, is seen as essential for maintaining a consistent guest experience aligned with Four Seasons’ brand standards.

“The launch of Four Seasons Yachts represents a significant milestone in our company’s history as we continue to grow our experiential luxury ecosystem across our hotels, resorts, residences, Private Jet Experience, and now with Four Seasons Yachts,” “Ben possesses a rare combination of brand and luxury knowledge, operational rigor, and leadership vision. Trodd will oversee all technical operations, sales and marketing, and crew management for Four Seasons Yachts. He will also work closely with Fincantieri and Tillberg Design of Sweden, the partners involved in the yacht’s construction and design. The first yacht, Four Seasons I, will offer 95 residential suites and a range of luxury amenities, including 11 restaurants, wellness experiences, and personalized services.

“Four Seasons is a brand I know well, with a vision I deeply believe in,” “Bringing to the water the service excellence and genuine hospitality that Four Seasons has perfected on land is an exceptional opportunity and a great honor. From the moment they step on board, our guests will know they are in the hands of a team that understands what service at the highest level means and what it takes to create incredible travel moments. Every moment spent on board will be seamless, refined and unmistakably Four Seasons.” –  Ben Trodd, Chief Executive Officer of Four Seasons Yacht.

As Four Seasons prepares to enter the yachting market, Trodd’s appointment reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its luxury offerings beyond traditional hospitality.
