With over 24 years of experience at Accor and its subsidiary, D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions, Emilie brings extensive expertise in hospitality, loyalty, digital marketing, and distribution to the role.

Emilie’s experience includes leadership roles across various sectors, having contributed significantly to Accor’s growth in the Asia Pacific region, where the network expanded from 250 to 1,200 hotels across 38 brands. Her experience with D-EDGE as Managing Director, Asia Pacific, further highlights her proficiency in digital marketing and distribution strategies.

Our focus will be on innovating and personalising each touchpoint, exceeding expectations and creating exceptional value for our loyal members, hotels, business partners and team members,” – Emilie Couton.

As Accor Plus celebrates 30 years of providing innovative travel subscription services to over 450,000 members in Asia Pacific, the brand looks forward to continued growth under Emilie’s leadership, with an emphasis on personalized experiences and deepened connections with its hotel partners.
