The soon-to-open AC Hotel Wichita Downtown, located at 105 S. Broadway Ave., is pleased to welcome two seasoned hospitality professionals to lead the hotel’s operations and sales efforts.
Jeff Barnett has been named General Manager of the new hotel, the first AC Hotel in the state of Kansas. Originally from the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Jeff brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including overseeing multiple Marriott properties in both large and small markets. Since relocating to Wichita in 2019, Jeff has successfully managed properties in East Wichita, guiding them through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. With both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Liberty University, Jeff is known for his operational expertise and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Holli Maestas joins the AC Hotel Wichita Downtown as Director of Sales. A Kansas native, Holli brings more than 11 years of industry experience to her new role. Originally from Garden City, she relocated to Wichita to lead sales strategy and outreach for the new hotel. Holli is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering high-impact results. Her leadership will be instrumental in establishing the hotel as a preferred destination and event space for business and leisure travelers alike.
With this experienced team at the helm, AC Hotel Wichita Downtown is poised to bring elevated hospitality, contemporary design with a European flair, and a distinctly urban experience to the heart of downtown Wichita.
