Gold Medal’s flight inventory now available in TProfile’s systems

Gold Medal, the flagship B2B brand of dnata Travel Group UK, has announced a significant technology enhancement with partner TProfile, to offer live access to the Gold Medal Flight inventory across all TProfile applications.

This new integration enables mutual customers of both TProfile and Gold Medal to search and cost Gold Medal’s flight inventory within the TProfile system. 

“This is another exciting step forward in our valued partnership with TProfile and it reaffirms our commitment to supporting our travel agent partners,” said Jamie Greystock, digital product director for dnata B2B UK.

He continued, “By enabling access to Gold Medal’s air content through the TProfile ecosystem, we’re providing agents with greater choice, efficiency, and competitiveness. It’s all about making it easier for our agents to sell and succeed.”

Bhav Taylor, chief sales officer at TProfile, added: “At TProfile, we consistently pay attention to the feedback from our partners. It is essential for our success to provide an efficient platform and to simplify the process for users to maximize their experience with the service. 

“Our partners requested a flight search feature to reduce manual entries and expedite the quote-building process. It seemed appropriate to introduce this service in collaboration with our long-term partner, Gold Medal.
