Rapid growth in its core markets
TRIBE is continuing its European expansion with the opening of new hotels in strategic cities such as Paris, Budapest, Montpellier, and Reims. Each establishment emphasizes bold design, with functional spaces dedicated to coworking, networking, and relaxation.
“At TRIBE, we don’t just create hotel rooms, we design social living spaces, centered around our social hub, our original food and beverage concept, and bold, distinctive design.” – Pauline Oster, Vice President of TRIBE Europe & North Africa
One of the flagship projects is the opening of TRIBE Paris Pantin, scheduled for June 2025. This 131-room hotel will feature a social hub, coworking spaces, and an Italian restaurant. It is located near the capital’s main cultural attractions, such as the Cité des Sciences and the Zénith.

Further south, TRIBE Montpellier Gare Sud de France will open in September, with 120 rooms and shared workspaces, while TRIBE Reims Centre will open by the end of the year, strengthening the brand’s presence in France.
International development and commitments for the future
In addition to these openings in France, TRIBE continues to strengthen its presence in Europe with projects in Hungary, the Netherlands, and Slovenia.
TRIBE Budapest Airport, which opened in May 2025, offers 167 rooms and modern facilities, including a restaurant, rooftop bar, and meeting spaces. The hotel also aims to obtain BREEAM certification, affirming the brand’s commitment to sustainability.

TRIBE also plans to open new establishments in Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Porto Gaia (Portugal) by 2027. These hotels will be designed to blend harmoniously with the local dynamics while highlighting the brand’s unique design.
Starting in 2028, TRIBE Rostock will mark the brand’s arrival in Germany, in a booming neighborhood on the Baltic coast.
With a portfolio of more than 35 projects in progress, TRIBE is pursuing its goal of becoming a major player in the European hotel industry, offering modern and accessible experiences in strategic destinations.
