The eight-story property, located in downtown Dallas, opened in 1956 and relaunched in 2017. It includes a resort-style outdoor pool, more than 26,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and four restaurants and bars. Among them are the Waterproof rooftop lounge and the Bourbon & Banter speakeasy.
“The Statler is an extraordinary asset with a storied history in Dallas, and we are thrilled to welcome it to our managed portfolio,” said Rob Smith, CEO, Stonebridge. “Its blend of modern hospitality with timeless character makes it a natural fit within our lifestyle collection. We look forward to honoring the property’s legacy while enhancing performance and delivering an elevated guest experience.”
The Statler Dallas has been recognized for its role in the city’s hospitality sector. The hotel includes dining concepts, entertainment venues, lifestyle-oriented amenities, and flexible event spaces that serve both business and leisure travelers.
The property is located near Main Street Garden Park, the Arts District, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Deep Ellum, Klyde Warren Park, and the Dallas World Aquarium. Its location positions it to attract both convention traffic and leisure travel within the Dallas market.
