The Institute of Hospitality (IoH) has announced a series of appointments and promotions aimed at strengthening its commercial focus and expanding services for its global membership.
Isabel Hargreaves has been promoted to head of membership and commercial, with responsibility for membership growth and commercial development. She joined IoH in February 2024 as head of membership sales.
Meanwhile, Sidiqa Hazara has been appointed commercial manager, a newly created role focused on developing new opportunities. She previously worked at BSRIA as membership manager.
Emma Ellis has been promoted to events manager after joining IoH in 2023 as events administrator.
In her new role, she will oversee a programme of events designed to support professional development, continuing professional development (CPD) and networking.
Additionally, Aymen Fetouak, appointed head of professional development in May 2025, will expand IoH’s training and CPD offer across commercial and non-commercial streams. He has previously worked as a leadership coach and tutor, including with the UK Ministry of Defence.
Robert Richardson, chief executive of IoH, said: “The strength of the Institute has always been our people, and I am delighted to see Isabel, Sidiqa, Emma and Aymen take on these important roles as we look ahead to 2026.
“These are challenging times for the industry, and these changes reflect a re-focus of our commercial strategy to ensure we remain agile, focused, and ready to deliver even greater value to our 16,000 global members and the wider industry in the months and years ahead.”
