Worldwide: Formed from the Irish independent hotel collection, Dean Group has established itself as an international platform with upcoming additions in Europe and the US.
The creation of Dean Group, led by co-founders Keith Evans and Kai Tan, unites The Dean Hotels lifestyle brand with other independent properties.
It brings together the group’s Irish portfolio – The Dean Dublin, Cork, and Galway, alongside The Leinster, The Mayson, The Devlin, and Glasson Lakehouse – with the upcoming launches of The Dean Munich, The Dean Berlin, and The Dean Miami next year.
In mid-2026, The Dean Dublin will also relaunch with refreshed interiors and enlarged premises. The hotel is home to other brands that Dean Group will roll out across the wider portfolio, including several up and coming F&B concepts and POWER wellness.
Further ahead in 2027 will see the full-scale renovation of The Clarence, a luxury property in Dublin’s Temple Bar.
