UAE: Ciel Dubai Marina, part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, is set to open in November 2025, becoming the world’s tallest hotel at 377 metres with 82 floors and the highest infinity pool.

Developed by The First Group and designed by architect Norr, the all-hotel tower will feature 1,004 rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and the Dubai skyline.

The hotel will include eight dining venues, such as West 13, inspired by Mediterranean cuisines, and East 14, showcasing Asian and Indian flavours.

Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery will offer locally sourced dishes, while the award-winning Tattu concept will span multiple levels, featuring a restaurant, bar, sky pool, and rooftop lounge. The Tattu Sky Pool on level 76 will be the highest infinity pool in the world.

Ciel will also offer a luxury spa on the 61st floor, a 24/7 fitness centre, executive lounge, and extensive meeting facilities.

Guests will have exclusive access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. Families will be able to access dedicated children’s amenities, including a Kids Club and Splash Pad.

Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, said: “We are extremely proud to witness our vision for Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection come to life in a truly idyllic location, with unbeatable views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.

Haitham Mattar, managing director of IHG Hotels & Resorts for India, Middle East & Africa, said: “When we launched the Vignette Collection in late 2021, our vision was to create a portfolio of unique luxury hotels. The highly anticipated November opening of Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection, set to become the world’s tallest all-hotel tower, is the pinnacle of that vision, showcasing the collection’s success and our dedication to providing extraordinary experiences for our guests”
