Brown’s Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel in London Mayfair, has announced the launch of its three new Forte Suites.
The Clementi, Clara Dow and Nightingale Suites, available from £3,500 per night, each offer a nod to local musical connections.
Clementi is an homage to Muzio Clementi, the Roman-born composer who made Mayfair his home, Clara Dow is a reference to the English soprano and star of Gilbert and Sullivan’s operas, while Nightingale refers to a wartime ballad sung by Dame Vera Lynn.
The Clementi Suite and the Clara Dow Suite are a creative collaboration between Paolo Moschino Ltd and Olga Polizzi, Rocco Forte Hotels’ director of design. Meanwhile, The Nightingale Suite is Polizzi’s own design.
The new suites form the first phase of a design refresh at the hotel as further spaces will be reimagined over the coming months.
Polizzi said: “We have created spaces that feel deeply connected – to the building, to Mayfair, and to the people who have shaped it over the years. This project is among the most personal and meaningful we’ve undertaken at Brown’s Hotel.”
Paolo Moschino and Philip Vergeylen, designers, added: “Our interior design narrative returns Brown’s Hotel to its Georgian roots. We’ve defined the style through carefully chosen colours, rich fabrics, and layered textures, while infusing the space with a modern sensibility. Every element—from the building shell to the bespoke interiors—is conceived as a complete work of art.”
