Clermont Hotel Group has agreed a long-term partnership with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global to open branded dining concepts across its London hotels.
The deal will see the hotel group, which operates a portfolio of sites in the capital, introduce several of the celebrity chef’s restaurant formats for the first time in the London hotel market.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global runs venues worldwide, including the three Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London, and the two-starred Le Pressoir d’Argent in Bordeaux. Its portfolio also includes concepts such as Savoy Grill, Lucky Cat, Hell’s Kitchen, Bread Street Kitchen, Street Burger and Gordon Ramsay Steak.
According to Clermont chief executive Gavin Taylor, the agreement would enhance the hotel group’s offer to guests with “gastronomic experiences that feel both elevated and exclusive”.
Andy Wenlock, chief executive of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, added: “This partnership marks a powerful full-circle moment for us. While we’ve built extraordinary success on a global stage, our story began here in the UK, and there’s something meaningful about returning to our roots.”
Clermont Hotel Group will confirm the specific restaurant locations and concepts within its estate in the coming weeks.
