Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global is set to open the UK’s first Hell’s Kitchen at the Cumberland Hotel in Marble Arch in spring 2026, in partnership with Clermont Hotel Group.
The concept, based on the television series created by Ramsay, is designed to combine open-kitchen theatre with a menu of signature and new dishes.
The London site marks the beginning of a multi-venue partnership between the two groups.
Hell’s Kitchen launched in Las Vegas in 2018 and has since expanded to eight locations in the United States and Europe, including Lake Tahoe, Atlantic City, Washington DC and Ibiza.
The menu in London will include dishes such as Beef Wellington, seared scallops, lobster risotto and desserts including sticky toffee pudding.
The bar will serve cocktails, including a gin-based drink called Notes from Gordon, alongside an international wine list.
The Cumberland, which has 900 bedrooms, meeting and events spaces and a food and entertainment offer, will host the new restaurant.
Ramsay said: “Bringing Hell’s Kitchen to the UK for the first time is an incredible full circle moment. London is where it all began in 1998, so this feels like a real homecoming. Hell’s Kitchen is about fire, theatre and bold flavours, and I can’t wait to share the signature dishes guests love alongside new creations, developed especially for London’s diners.”

Pedro da Silva, general manager of the hotel, added: “We are very proud to be the first venue to welcome Hell’s Kitchen to the UK. We look forward to offering hotel guests and visitors alike a taste of Gordon Ramsay’s iconic dishes, all within our hotel.”
