Leading Hotels of the World selects Bridge Hospitality to offer interim GM services

Bridge Hospitality Partners (BHP) has been selected as a preferred service provider for The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) as of September 2025, giving more than 425 independent luxury hotels access to an interim General Manager solution during leadership changes. The new service is designed to help properties sustain service standards and business performance while permanent leadership recruitment is underway.

BHP has introduced a specialised program to supply experienced interim GMs to upscale and luxury hotels. For many independent hotels and smaller groups, the recruitment of a permanent General Manager can take months, creating potential operational challenges. Without oversight, properties may face instability in operations, reduced service quality and reputational risks in today’s review-driven environment.

The company’s handpicked network includes GMs who have led properties already within the LHW network. A BHP interim GM can be deployed quickly to stabilise operations, maintain brand standards and offer steady leadership while owners or asset managers search for the right long-term hire.

“A senior leadership departure, either planned or unplanned, can quickly impact guest loyalty, team morale and financial performance,” says Andrew Humphries, co-founder, together with Jan Kirstein, of Bridge Hospitality Partners. “Our interim GMs give owners or asset managers peace of mind—ensuring that there is a safe, experienced pair of hands in charge during critical transition periods.”
