Absolute Hotel Services Middle East & Africa is delighted to announce the signing of a management agreement with Akam Al Rajhi Development for 60 exclusive beachfront units under the U Hotels & Resorts brand, set to open in 2026 on Egypt’s Mediterranean coast.
This milestone follows the earlier signing of the brand’s first hotel with Akam Al Rajhi, further strengthening the partnership between the two companies and reaffirming their shared vision to bring world-class hospitality to Egypt’s North Coast. The combined resort, once all phases are open, will include 220 rooms, suites and villas as well as a beach club, meeting rooms, fitness centre, swimming pool and leisure facilities.
The newly signed beachfront units will offer residents and guests a unique blend of seaside living and resort-style amenities, serving as a prelude to the much-anticipated U Hotels & Resorts property that is scheduled to open in 2028. Together, these projects mark the continued expansion of Absolute Hotel Services and the U Hotels & Resorts brand in the Middle East & Africa region.
This signing further strengthens Absolute Hotel Services’ footprint in Egypt and the broader Middle East, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering unique hospitality experiences tailored to each market.
