Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic is officially open and welcomes guests for the first time today, marking the first full-service hotel opening in the Jacksonville market in nearly two decades. Since construction first began in 2023, the eight-story, 252-room property has been one of Northeast Florida’s most anticipated hotel openings. Located on the Mayo Clinic campus, the property combines Hilton’s world-class hospitality with the easygoing spirit of coastal Florida. The hotel, which was built by Concord Hospitality Enterprises and Whitman Peterson, in collaboration with Mayo Clinic, is also one of the newest Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties to debut the brand’s refreshed identity, a modernized expression of Hilton, reflected through enhanced design and reimagined service touchpoints.

Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic is the first Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in the city and located just minutes from Jacksonville’s sun-soaked beaches, championship golf courses, and vibrant cultural attractions. Spanning more than 184,000 square feet, the hotel is designed to welcome leisure travelers, corporate guests, wellness seekers, and families. The property is managed by Concord Hospitality, an award-winning hotel management and development company recognized for its high-touch service and longstanding partnerships with leading hospitality brands.

Among its many guest offerings, the hotel’s signature restaurant, Coastal Kitchen, blends a light-filled coastal design with a wellness-inspired menu crafted by Executive Chef Andrew Kallsnick. The restaurant celebrates both nourishment and indulgence with fresh seafood, vibrant seasonal ingredients, and global influences. From Mayport Shrimp Rolls and Achiote Mahi Tacos to Florida Key Lime Pie, Coastal Kitchen’s menu offers a refined yet approachable dining experience that reflects the spirit of Northeast Florida and the Atlantic coastline.
