Azul Hospitality Group, a premier hospitality management platform providing innovative approaches to maximizing an asset’s performance, announced today it has been selected to manage the under-construction dual-branded Marriott hotel at City North in Phoenix, Arizona. The project, comprising the 142-room AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge and the 98-room Element by Westin Phoenix Desert Ridge, broke ground earlier this summer and is expected to open in January 2027.

The new development is a joint venture between LaPour Partners and Holualoa Companies, representing a significant addition to the growing Desert Ridge corridor. Once complete, the eight-story, property will feature a resort-style pool, fitness center, over 5,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and two unique food and beverage outlets.

The dual-branded property is located within the master-planned City North development, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, and the nearby Desert Ridge Marketplace.
