Nobu Hospitality, the global luxury lifestyle brand, is proud to announce that that Nobu Hotel & Restaurant Roma is now accepting reservations ahead of its highly anticipated opening this Autumn.

To mark this milestone, Nobu has unveiled a first look at the hotel and restaurant interiors, offering a glimpse into the blend of timeless Roman elegance with Nobu’s signature contemporary Japanese aesthetic.

Nobu Roma – A New Culinary Destination

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is bringing his world-famous dishes to the Eternal City at Nobu Roma. Guests will be able to enjoy Nobu’s signature Japanese cuisine with South American influences, including the iconic Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, New Style Sashimi, Toro Tartare, Rock Shrimp Tempura and the acclaimed sushi synonymous with the brand.

The restaurant offers dining in the main restaurant or an intimate experience at the Sushi Counter, giving diners a front row seat to the artistry created by Nobu’s sushi chefs. The bar will be serving a curated wine list, premium sake, and Nobu’s signature cocktails.

The launch of Nobu Hotel Roma marks the transformation of the former Grand Hotel Via Veneto.
