A new life for the Pacific hotel
The historic building, located between the vibrant St. Pauli and Sternschanze districts, will be expanded from 52 to 110 rooms using CityHub’s modular “Hub” concept. This approach optimizes space while providing private rooms alongside shared amenities, including premium bathrooms and a communal hangout area for guests.

Construction and redevelopment work on CityHub Hamburg is scheduled to begin at the end of 2025, with an opening planned for 2027.
