NEIT, the premium Irish whiskey brand, has partnered with third-generation sushi master and Chef Endo Kazutoshi to collaboratively launch Silent Harmony; a limited edition whiskey expression. This exclusive, new whiskey blend reflects both NEIT and Chef Endo Kazutoshi’s dedication to craftsmanship and their shared reverence for process, bringing balance, clarity and control to a spirit defined by subtlety.

NEIT is a new and progressive whiskey brand, redefining tradition by blending Irish distilling heritage with contemporary aesthetics, bold cask experimentation, and a refined design sensibility. More than a whiskey, NEIT is an evolving platform for taste, craft, and creativity, designed for a new generation of tastemakers who value experience, intention, and originality. At its core, NEIT is driven by storytelling, with thoughtful collaborations that blur the lines between disciplines. Silent Harmony marks a new iteration of this ethos, bringing together tradition and innovation in perfect harmony to create a single-cask release defined by precision, restraint, and refined balance.

Originally from Yokohama, Japan, Michelin starred Chef Endo Kazutoshi centers his philosophy on precision, discipline and a deep respect for tradition, bringing a singular vision to everything he touches and Silent Harmony is no exception.

Silent Harmony was crafted with patience, precision and time as a 1991 single malt and matured fully for 34 years in a bourbon barrel. Triple-distilled, bottled at natural colour and non-chill filtered, the liquid retains the full integrity of the cask to present a complex and elegant finish. The single-cask release opens with a bright, expressive nose, featuring floral notes of honeysuckle, wild apple blossom, and chamomile, underpinned by fresh greenery and subtle coastal influence. The palate is structured and layered, delivering flavours of apricot tarte tatin, peach chutney, wild herbs, and a gentle bitterness from wormwood and gentian. The finish is long and composed, with lingering impressions of dried hay, herbal complexity, and a saline lift that speaks to its coastal character. With decades spent in quiet transformation, Silent Harmony perfectly reflects the belief that what matters most often happens in silence.

Complementing the one-of-a-kind expression, the bottle itself pays homage to Chef Endo Kazutoshi’s mastery, evoking the meticulous nature of Japanese craftsmanship. Inspired by the timelessness of Japanese pottery, the bottle’s deep hues and refined textures resonate with the same balance of heritage and modernity found in Chef Endo Kazutoshi’s sushi: a harmonious blend of the past and the present.

A natural alignment for NEIT and Chef Endo Kazutoshi, a dedicated whiskey enthusiast, this collaboration celebrates their shared pursuit of excellence and innovation. As both aim to reimagine tradition through a contemporary lens, this partnership marks a new expression of their creative philosophies, one that brings their worlds into quiet dialogue and extends the story they each tell through their respective crafts. Rooted in discipline, shaped by instinct, Silent Harmony is where their visions meet, in stillness and in spirit.

The limited edition release of Silent Harmony will launch in early October 2025, with 185 numbered bottles each priced at £2,995. To enquire about Silent Harmony or for more information about NEIT Whiskey, visit www.neit.io.
