Kew Green Group has officially appointed David Taylor as the new chief executive officer of Kew Green Hotels, effective 13 October 2025, following a year of leadership by interim CEO, James Kim.

Taylor brings a wealth of experience leading businesses across national and international markets, from innovative start-ups to global brands.

In his new role, Taylor will oversee Kew Green Hotels’ portfolio of over 50 hotels across the UK, spanning key brands including Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Voco, Courtyard by Marriott and independent properties.

The company stated that the appointment comes at a pivotal moment in its development, as the hotel management company continues to drive forward its” ambitious plans for expansion, innovation and sustainability”.

Taylor said: “It is a privilege to join Kew Green Hotels at such an exciting time. The group has an outstanding reputation for excellence in hospitality and a forward-thinking approach to growth.

“I look forward to working closely with the team, our partners and stakeholders to unlock new opportunities, drive sustainable performance and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.”

The company added: “David’s deep understanding of hospitality, paired with a strong advocacy for teamwork, strategic growth and delivering outstanding guest experiences, makes him the ideal leader to guide Kew Green as we continue to execute on our ambitious growth strategy.”
