Belmond – Britannic Explorer

Belmond presents The Britannic Explorer, a new chapter in luxury rail travel that transforms the British journey into a destination in itself. Departing from London Victoria, the train travels across England, Wales, and Scotland through curated itineraries celebrating the nation’s landscapes, culture, and craftsmanship. Built from restored Irish Mark 3 carriages, it offers 18 elegant suites, a fine-dining restaurant led by chef Simon Rogan, a wellness cabin, and a bar car designed as a travelling country house. Created by Albion Nord, its interiors draw from the textures and tones of the British countryside, featuring warm woods, natural fabrics, and handcrafted finishes. What sets The Britannic Explorer apart is its fusion of design, sustainability, and storytelling. By reviving the spirit of slow, experiential travel, Belmond redefines the journey itself as an art of discovery and connection.
