A new luxury address in Cyprus Conrad Cyprus will bring together contemporary architecture, local craftsmanship, and refined hospitality. The resort will include indoor and outdoor pools, a Conrad Spa, and the brand’s “Aqua Piazza” lagoon surrounded by landscaped gardens.
Architecture is led by Cube Concept, while Hotel IM and Place in Space Architects oversee the interiors, designed with natural tones and coastal materials.
The artistic direction, curated by Nikos Paleologos of Saint of Athens, will highlight Cypriot and Greek contemporary artists, creating a strong cultural link with the destination.
Culinary direction and wellbeing
The culinary programme will be overseen by Michelin-starred chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, known for his restaurant CTC in Athens. His menus will focus on Mediterranean flavours and seasonal produce, aligned with Conrad’s philosophy of authentic yet understated luxury. The property will also feature a full wellness area including sauna, hammam, and fitness spaces, along with villas offering private pools and a family concept developed with Worldwide Kids.
Dan Wakeling, vice president, luxury development, Europe & Africa, Hilton, stated:

Strengthening Hilton’s luxury portfolio in Europe
The opening of Conrad Cyprus forms part of Hilton’s wider development strategy in Europe, focusing on resort destinations with strong cultural appeal and growing international visibility. The project underlines the group’s confidence in the Mediterranean as a key region for luxury tourism, supported by a steady rise in high-end demand and diversified investment opportunities. This strategy also includes the recent opening of Conrad Hamburg, marking the brand’s debut in Germany.
